How does TECHNAUTIQ equipment rental work?

Renting satellite equipment from TECHNAUTIQ is simple:

1. Select your rental dates

Choose the date on which you want to receive the equipment and the date on which you plan to return it. Rentals are charged at a single daily rate, with a minimum rental period of five days.

2. Confirm your booking

Complete your order and provide your delivery address. Delivery and return shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination.

A refundable security deposit is required for each device. The deposit is not part of the rental price and is released after the equipment has been returned and inspected.

3. We prepare your equipment

Before dispatch, TECHNAUTIQ:

  • inspects and tests the device;

  • activates the satellite service;

  • charges the battery;

  • checks all accessories;

  • prepares the device for immediate use.

4. Receive your ready-to-use equipment

Your equipment is shipped in advance so that it arrives by your selected delivery date. We recommend allowing sufficient time before your departure to test the device and become familiar with its functions.

The rental period begins on the day the parcel is delivered or first presented by the carrier.

5. Use the equipment

During the rental period, you benefit from the included satellite service and TECHNAUTIQ technical support.

You are responsible for keeping the equipment safe, charged and in good condition throughout the rental.

6. Return the equipment

At the end of your rental:

  • place the device and all accessories in the protective packaging;

  • attach the provided return label, where applicable;

  • hand the parcel to the designated carrier;

  • keep the proof of shipment until the return is confirmed.

The rental period ends when the return parcel is scanned and accepted by the carrier. Additional rental days may be charged if the equipment is returned late.

7. Inspection and deposit release

Once the equipment has been received, TECHNAUTIQ checks the device and its accessories. The security deposit is released after inspection, provided that the equipment is complete, undamaged and returned on time.

The outbound and return transport time is not charged as rental time when the agreed shipping procedure and return deadline are respected.

Delivery and return shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination. Loss, theft, damage, late return and any service not included in the selected satellite plan may result in additional charges.

Is there a minimum rental period?

Yes. The minimum rental period is 7 days.

TECHNAUTIQ applies one simple daily rate, with no separate weekly or monthly packages. For rentals longer than five days, you only pay for the actual number of rental days.

The rental begins on the day the equipment is delivered or first presented by the carrier and ends when the return parcel is scanned and accepted by the designated carrier.

Delivery and return shipping costs are calculated separately according to the destination.

Free Cancellation

Free Cancellation

  • Free cancellation up to 4 days before the rental start date.
  • 50% of the rental amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the rental starts.
  • 75% of the rental amount will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental starts.
  • No refund in the event of a no-show or cancellation after the rental start time.
