  • Starlink accessories;
  • Iridium satellite phones;
  • Garmin inReach;
  • satellite communication accessories;
  • marine networking equipment;
  • nautical electronics;

  • rental equipment.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated according to factors including:

  • destination;
  • weight;
  • package dimensions;
  • value;
  • delivery speed;
  • insurance;
  • carrier.

The applicable shipping price is displayed during checkout before payment whenever WooCommerce automated shipping is available.

4. Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or French public holidays may be processed on the following working day.

Processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

Indicative delivery times from France may typically be:

France: approximately 1–3 working days
Neighbouring EU countries: approximately 2–4 working days
Other major EU destinations: approximately 3–7 working days

These estimates are not contractual guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Express Delivery

Express delivery may be available for selected products and destinations.

Availability and cost will be displayed during checkout or confirmed by TECHNAUTIQ before dispatch.

7. Tracking

Where tracking is provided by the carrier, the tracking information will normally be sent after dispatch.

Customers should ensure that the email address and telephone number entered during checkout are correct.

8. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

This includes, where applicable:

  • recipient name;
  • company or marina name;
  • street address;
  • building information;
  • postal code;
  • city;
  • country;
  • telephone number.

9. Marina, Harbour and Hotel Delivery

Where supported by the carrier, TECHNAUTIQ may ship to:

  • marinas;
  • harbour offices;
  • yacht agencies;
  • hotels;
  • professional premises.

The customer must obtain permission from the establishment to receive the shipment and provide sufficient delivery information.

10. Yacht Delivery

Direct delivery to a vessel may not always be possible.

We recommend using a stable shore-side address such as:

  • harbour master office;
  • marina reception;
  • yacht agent;
  • hotel;
  • local business address.

11. Signature on Delivery

High-value products may require a signature upon delivery.

This is particularly likely for products such as:

  • Starlink equipment;
  • Iridium satellite phones;
  • Garmin equipment;
  • rental electronics.

12. Transport Insurance

Appropriate transport insurance may be used for higher-value shipments.

Customers should notify TECHNAUTIQ promptly if a package is missing or arrives damaged.

13. Damaged Packages

Where visible external damage exists, customers should photograph:

  1. the exterior packaging;
  2. the shipping label;
  3. the internal packaging;
  4. the equipment.

Please contact TECHNAUTIQ promptly with these photographs.

14. Lost Shipments

If tracking indicates an abnormal delay or loss, TECHNAUTIQ may initiate an investigation with the carrier.

For consumer purchases, statutory rights concerning delivery remain unaffected.

15. Failed Delivery

Where delivery fails because of incorrect information or because the recipient is repeatedly unavailable, the carrier may return the package to TECHNAUTIQ.

Additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect customer information may be charged where permitted by law.

16. Rental Deliveries

Rental equipment should be ordered sufficiently in advance of the intended departure date.

Customers should take into account:

  • carrier transit time;
  • weekends;
  • public holidays;
  • possible transport disruption.

A sailing or travel departure should not be scheduled solely on the assumption that a carrier will deliver earlier than its estimated delivery window.

17. Rental Return Label

For eligible rentals, TECHNAUTIQ may provide a prepaid return label.

The label may be:

  • included inside the parcel;
  • sent by email;
  • available electronically.

Return instructions will identify the appropriate carrier.

18. Return From Another European Country

Where expressly agreed, rental equipment may be delivered in one European country and returned from another.

This facility must be confirmed in advance because shipping costs and carrier availability vary between countries.

19. Preparing Rental Equipment for Return

Before returning equipment:

  • switch devices off;
  • remove personal accounts where applicable;
  • remove customer SIM cards unless instructed otherwise;
  • pack all accessories;
  • use protective packaging;
  • attach the correct return label;
  • obtain proof of shipment.

20. Lithium Batteries

Some electronic devices contain lithium batteries and may be subject to carrier restrictions.

TECHNAUTIQ reserves the right to change the carrier or shipping method where necessary to comply with transport regulations.

21. Customs

For shipments entirely within the EU customs territory, customs formalities are generally not required.

Shipments to certain territories or non-EU countries may be subject to import formalities and taxes.

The customer is responsible for local import costs unless expressly stated otherwise.

22. Force Majeure and Transport Disruption

Delivery may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond TECHNAUTIQ’s control, including:

  • severe weather;
  • strikes;
  • port disruption;
  • customs procedures;
  • transportation incidents;
  • natural disasters;
  • government restrictions.

TECHNAUTIQ will take reasonable steps to assist the customer where such circumstances occur.
